Our Parent–Child classes offer a gentle introduction to Waldorf early childhood education while nurturing meaningful connection between caregiver and child. These classes create a calm, welcoming space where young children can explore the world through play, movement, song, and sensory experiences—held within a predictable, comforting rhythm.
For caregivers, these classes are an opportunity to slow down, observe your child, and build community with other families navigating the early years. Rather than rushing developmental milestones, we focus on supporting healthy growth through imitation, warmth, and relationship.
Children are free to explore at their own pace, while caregivers are invited to be present, attentive, and engaged—modeling calm, purposeful activity rather than directing or instructing.
Parent–Child Classes
Our Parent–Child classes offer a nurturing space for families in the early years. Rooted in the gentle rhythms of home life, the program invites children and caregivers into a warm, welcoming environment to slow down, connect, and grow together. Families engage in songs, stories, outdoor exploration, simple adult crafts, and shared Waldorf circle time, snack, and story. Guided conversation and study support parents in deepening their understanding of child development and growing confidence in their parenting. A meaningful part of the class is the opportunity to step back and observe children at play, offering insight into their development, independence, and natural ways of being.
