Each teacher is actively engaged in ongoing study—deepening their understanding of Waldorf education, the subjects they teach, and the broader educational questions of our time.

Together, the faculty and staff share in the administration of the school, supported by the Board of Trustees. This collaborative structure empowers teachers—those in daily relationship with the students—to respond directly to their needs and to the concerns of parents.
