Megan gardner

With 17 years of experience in Early Childhood education, Megan has been dedicated to nurturing young children through a warm, holistic, and nature-centered approach. For the past 13 years, she has taught in Waldorf schools, where she integrates her degree in Early Childhood Education with specialized training in the LifeWays approach to caring for the young child.

A mother of three, Megan brings her deep understanding of childhood and family life into her classroom, creating a rhythm of care that honors each child’s development. Growing up in the mountains of Colorado fostered her lifelong connection with nature and the changing seasons—an inspiration that continues to shape her teaching. For the last seven years, she has made her home in the Appalachian Mountains, where she finds joy and rootedness in the land and community.

Megan is grateful to share her love of nature, seasonal rhythms, and the wonder of early childhood with the children and families she serves each day.
