Allison hill
Allison has been involved in the arts since she was young and attended a creative and performing arts high school in St. Louis. She received her Bachelor's degree in Theater from NSULA in 2007. As she shifted her interest to education, she worked toward certification in teaching English/Language Arts for grades 6–12.
In 2011, she discovered Waldorf Education for her daughter and enrolled her in the Suncoast Waldorf School in Florida. As Allison fell in love with the curriculum and community, she began working as a kindergarten assistant and later as a class teacher. She went on to receive her Master's degree and Waldorf Certification from Antioch University in 2016.
After working as a grades teacher in Florida, her family relocated and put down roots in Asheville in 2019, when she began her joyful journey with her first grade class.
Allison enjoys hiking with her husband and pup, paddleboarding, gardening, and visiting with her now-grown children.
