About the event
Celebrated near the autumn equinox, Michaelmas is a longstanding tradition in Waldorf schools and carries themes of courage, inner strength, gratitude, and meeting challenges as the seasons turn toward the darker months.
At AWS, we bring these themes to life through story, play, shared food, and time together as a community. Our celebration will include the Michaelmas Play at 11:30, along with games, warm soup, and traditional dragon bread.
